Pensacola Animal Shelter Renovation Volunteer Signup

Rescue Rebuild is excited to be partnering with the Escambia County Animal Shelter to renovate their shelter and get more animals adopted! Come help us make this happen! You don't need any construction/renovation experience or tools.

The projects will include: constructing new dog play yards, building an outdoor catio to get cats fresh air and fun, renovating existing cat rooms to make them more fun and friendly, and renovating the main lobby to make it more inviting to potential adopters.

We will be working at the shelter from January 20th to 28th from 8:30AM - 8:00 PM in 3 shifts(Morning 8:30AM-12:00PM, Afternoon: 12:00PM-4:00PM, and Evening: 4:00PM-8:00PM. Come for a day or work the entire week! By signing up for a shift, you are not obligated to be there from exactly the starting and ending times of the shift, we just want to make sure that we are ready to put you to work!

If you have any questions, contact Zach Baker at ZachBaker@GreaterGood.org. We will contact you as the project gets closer with more details. Thanks for helping the dogs and kitties!
